How billing works

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel.
  • Your first subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. One trial per person.
  • Cancel anytime in the app (Settings > Subscription plan). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If a payment fails, your salon stays live for 7 days while we retry.
  • To move to a smaller plan, your team has to fit its limit first.

What clients pay

Clients pay your prices. When they pay online, they also pay a $0.99 service fee. Card processing fees are paid by you or added for the client; you choose in the app.
