Delete your account

You can delete your Mi Belleza account in the app at any time.

In the app

   Open Mi Belleza and sign in.

   Clients: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Salon owners and professionals: open Settings and tap Delete account.

3. 3

   On the account screen, open Security and tap Delete account.

4. 4

   Confirm. You are signed out on every device.

What happens to your data

• Your sign-in, profile and personal details are removed. Identifying data is erased within 30 days.
• Booking and payment records are kept for seven years, as tax and accounting law requires.
