How to Delete Your Account

We value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Mi Belleza account and associated account data directly in the mobile application.

In-App Deletion Steps

Open the Mi Belleza App

Launch the Mi Belleza application on your mobile device (iOS or Android) and ensure you are logged into your account.

Go to User Settings

Tap the 'Profile' icon in the bottom navigation tab bar to open your profile & settings screen.

Tap 'Edit Profile'

On your profile screen, locate and tap the 'Edit Profile' button to open your account management modal.

Select the 'Security' Tab

When the Clerk User Profile modal presents, select the 'Security' tab at the top or side menu.

Tap 'Delete Account'

Scroll to the bottom of the Security section to find the 'Delete Account' button.

Confirm Account Deletion

Read the final confirmation prompt and confirm deletion. Your account, authentication credentials, and user data will be permanently removed.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

•Profile & Authentication: Your Clerk identity, login methods, profile details, and email addresses are permanently deleted.
•Personal Data: Your saved favorites, app preferences, notification settings, and loyalty points are removed.
•Active Sessions: You will be logged out on all devices immediately and cannot log back in with deleted credentials.
•Legal Retention Exception: Past completed booking records and payment transactions are retained for up to 7 years solely to comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Alternative Deletion Method

Cannot Access the App or Device?

If you no longer have access to the Mi Belleza mobile application or your mobile device, you may submit a manual account deletion request to our support team.

* Please send your request from the email address registered with your Mi Belleza account. Manual deletion requests are processed within 30 business days.
