SMS is exclusively used for phone verification to ensure real, authentic contact numbers and prevent fraudulent or fake numbers during booking and profile registration.

Opt-In Process Architecture & Verification Details
1. Opt-In Method
In-app form: the user enters their mobile number, sees the SMS disclosure, and taps Send code. Each tap sends one code.
2. When Verification Is Required
A verified mobile number is required to book an appointment and to create a professional profile. It is not used for marketing, and no other text messages are sent.
3. Opt-Out Keywords
Replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE immediately un-enrolls the phone number.
4. Help & Support
Replying HELP or contacting support@my-beauty-app.com returns program assistance.
